AL NAJM NATIONAL SERVICES LLC is an Oman-based live chicken production and distribution company. Its operations cover farming and hatchery, processing, size-wise grading and packing, and daily distribution of fresh whole chickens and cuts.
A fleet of sales vans serves supermarkets, hypermarkets, retail outlets, hotels, and other trade customers. AXOLON ERP and the AXOLON Van Sales App were implemented to replace manual processes with real-time operational control.
Key Challenges
